Food As Fuel  

I want to give you the knowledge I wish I had when I first started training. I believe that food is more than calories or rules. It’s how we fuel our lives. It’s how we feel, how we perform, and how we connect with the people around us. Food has always been something I’ve loved, and the goal was never to restrict it, but to understand it.

 

Because when you understand how to fuel yourself properly, everything changes.

 

You feel better.
You perform better.
You recover better.
And you build a body that lasts.

This isn’t about chasing weight loss.
